FAQ
Our job board is a specialized platform exclusively for the US transportation and logistics industry. We help reliable carriers find qualified professionals by connecting truck drivers (Company Drivers and Owner-Operators), freight brokers, and office staff (dispatchers, logistics managers, HR) all in one place.
For all job seekers—including drivers, brokers, and office staff—registering, creating a profile, and applying for jobs is completely free. There are currently no fees.
Yes, we are committed to maintaining a high level of safety on our platform. All employers, carriers, and brokers undergo a basic verification process (including DOT/MC number checks) before their job postings become visible. This protects our job seekers from scams and unreliable offers.
Yes, our site is fully mobile-responsive. You can easily search for jobs, update your profile, and apply for positions directly from your smartphone or tablet while on the road or at a truck stop. There is no need to download a separate app.
We filter out the noise. On general sites, trucking jobs get lost among hundreds of other professions, and employers receive applications from people without a CDL. We have a highly specialized audience and a detailed tagging system designed specifically for the logistics industry.
Our search features a detailed tagging system. You can filter jobs by specific subcategories: Dry van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step deck, Tanker, Car Hauler, Box Truck, or Other. This allows you to find the exact routes and freight types that match your experience in seconds.
No. You only need to fill out your profile on our site once: specify your CDL class (A or B), driving experience, endorsements (like Hazmat or Tanker), and preferred route type (OTR, Regional, or Local). After that, you can apply to most open positions with our One-Click Apply feature.
Yes, we have a dedicated category for Owner-Operators. You can find carriers offering partnerships with no forced dispatch, excellent fuel discount programs, and a high percentage of gross revenue.
When searching for jobs, simply use the filter or type in the "Team" tag. You will immediately see all offers from companies looking for driving teams for over-the-road (OTR) routes, which typically means more miles and higher pay.
Yes, your personal account has a secure section for documents. You can upload your current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), DOT medical card, and a copy of your CDL. Employers will only get access to these documents if you choose to apply for their specific job posting.
Absolutely. Our "Office Staff" category is created specifically for logistics managers, dispatchers, accountants, safety professionals, and HR. We also have a large, dedicated category for Freight Brokers.
In your profile settings, there is a "Skills" and "Software" section. There, you can list all the systems you are familiar with, such as TMS software (McLeod, TMW, etc.), tracking systems (Samsara, KeepTruckin), and Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop).
Yes, many modern logistics companies and freight brokerages offer hybrid or fully remote (Work from Home) positions. Simply select the "Remote" filter when searching for jobs.
Yes, Entry-Level positions are regularly posted on the platform. We recommend honestly stating your experience level in your profile and writing a strong cover letter emphasizing your eagerness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
When you post on general job boards, you waste time filtering through hundreds of irrelevant applications. Our tagging system ensures that your Flatbed opening is seen specifically by flatbed drivers, and your dispatcher role is seen by professionals who actually understand logistics software.
A standard job posting remains active for 30 days. A few days before this period expires, you will receive an automatic email notification. If the position has not been filled yet, you can easily renew the listing with a single click in your Employer Dashboard.
Absolutely. Employers with an active subscription have access to direct searches in our resume database. You can search for candidates using specific criteria (for example, Class A license, 3+ years of Reefer experience) and proactively invite them to apply for your open roles.
Yes, you have full control over your job listings. You can log into your dashboard at any time to update the job description, adjust the cents-per-mile (CPM) rate, or add new requirements to attract the right candidates.
You can easily change the job status to "Closed" in your Employer Dashboard. It will be removed from the search results, and candidates will no longer be able to apply, saving time for both you and the job seekers.
You do not need to delete your account. Simply go to your profile settings and change your status to "Not looking for a job." Your resume will be hidden from the employer database, but you can reactivate it in a second whenever you are ready for a new opportunity.
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address you used during registration, and we will send you a secure link to reset your old password and create a new one. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Log into your Employer Dashboard and navigate to the "Billing & Subscriptions" section. There, you can securely update your credit card details, change your subscription plan, and download invoices for your accounting records.
If you wish to completely remove all your data from the platform, go to the "Security" section in your profile settings and click "Delete Account." Please note that this action is irreversible.
Our support team is always ready to help. Whether you are having trouble applying for a job or have a billing question, use the contact form on our "Contact Us" page or send us an email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
