- We do not screen, censor, or verify the listings, resumes, or profiles offered.
- We are not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted by users (including the validity of a driver's CDL, driving records, or the actual conditions and pay of a job).
- We hold no liability for any conflicts, disputes, damages, unpaid wages, or cargo issues arising between an employer and an employee/contractor met through our platform. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through Job CDL scan.
3. Payments and Refund Policy All payments made for premium services, including but not limited to employer job postings, subscription plans, and resume database access, are strictly non-refundable . We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or if a job posting is removed due to a violation of these Terms.
4. Prohibited Content and Job Postings To maintain a high-quality platform, employers and recruiters are strictly prohibited from posting the following types of content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without a refund:
- Fake or "Ghost" Jobs: Posting non-existent jobs solely for the purpose of collecting resumes or personal data.
- Applicant Fees: Any job that requires the candidate to pay a fee, purchase training, or buy equipment upfront as a condition of employment.
- Discriminatory Ads: Content that discriminates against applicants based on race, gender, religion, national origin, age, or disability.
- Illegal Activities: Postings that promote illegal activities or require the driver to violate FMCSA or DOT regulations.
- MLM or Pyramid Schemes: Multi-level marketing opportunities, franchise pitches, or commission-only roles disguised as standard employment.
- Misleading Compensation: Advertising a significantly higher Rate Per Mile (CPM) or gross salary than what is actually offered.
- Unrelated Content: Using job postings to advertise products, services, or commercial businesses unrelated to hiring.
